This is my new projector. It had a very slight flaw. It was very slightly blurry in the left side.
At first I didn’t notice and then I saw it. I realized that I probably needed to do more optimization and so I went right to work.
I did a web search for ViewSonic LS832WU blurry fix and the AI result was correct in its first suggestion. Windows 11 thought the resolution was 1900×1080 instead of the 1900×1200 that is the default resolution. Once I changed that, it looks perfect.
Not only is the text super sharp now, but the image became slightly larger. So that is nice.
One of the benefits of the newer projector is that it fills most of the 120 inch ALR screen that I have. The old one didn’t do that. It is clearly superior in every way compared to the old one.
Of course when it costs 4 times the money, it should be, but I got 8 times the performance so I am thrilled.
