I made a decision to stop spending money on Marvel Strike Force. It is not exciting anymore.
No this is not to complain. I still play the game and enjoy it. I have been branching out into other games and enjoying them as well.
Part of the problem was their own laziness. They didn’t innovate fast enough and provide new experiences. They promised they would have something out quickly that would be creative, and showed a prototype to the Envoys but that isn’t in the players hands. If this works it would be incredible, but if not, then this will be the last year that I play it.
It has been fun engaging with Marvel characters and doing what I have done. I don’t regret that. I am wanting to save up for a brighter projector so I can use it all the time. That would be incredible for me both professionally and personally. I can’t believe what a difference a projector makes.
It makes such a big difference because besides my eyes feeling great working long periods on it, it is super fun to watch shows/movies on it. It really is immersive and that is fun to ignore reality for awhile. A home projector/screen is probably the best investment next to a bed, investing in my health that I have made.
