In the last post Daniel Goldman talked about a NYC bus driver he experienced whose presence on his bus changed his riders lives for 20 years.
He was a pastor of a church and he saw his bus riders as his flock. He did his job as a bus driver but also showed them kindness and people responded to that.
Giving love is always the right decision. Sometimes that means just being who you are, and sometimes it means being professional and treating each person as an individual and listening to them.
You only hurt yourself when you judge and don’t treat others as you wish to be treated.
