Huh? Why would you cancel something that will reduce costs? Because it costs money! We can’t save money if we spend money to save money. That is ridiculous.
The best way to save money is to put people out of jobs doing critical tasks, gaslight people claiming they had poor performance, and then get new government contracts with the money that you have saved the government.
