Non meat/dairy eaters need to add Creatine to their diet

This is what a nutritionist that I had an appointment with said. She said that since Creatine comes from milk/meat products people who don’t eat those need to supplement.

Today I did my first creatine dose. I mixed it in the Chocolate Huel drink and it was a little grittier than usual but still a delicious taste.

I asked her if I was going to grow muscles like Popeye and she said not unless I exercised more. Fortunately that is one thing that I don’t need to worry about.

One of the advantages she said of Creatine is a boost in energy. I feel great with energy. I have all the energy that I need to do whatever I want. I will update here if I notice a difference in doing this.

I must admit that I was a little concerned I might be allergic to it. I always had negative reactions to meat/dairy and never seemed to be able to digest it properly no matter what else I did to help fix it. So far no negative reactions.

I thought that the nutritionist was worth visiting. She explained that one of the things that I had learned that more than 7 eggs a week would increase cholesterol and be a risk was a myth. So she suggested I could safely increase my egg per day to two. I just love eggs and have always enjoyed egg related products.

I wish that I had known this sooner. Perhaps I could have done even more with even more energy. Oh well, you live and learn don’t you?
