It is interesting when you are adjusting a project and two people are making settings changes.
Only one person should be making changes at a time. I was fixing a problem and the client was making opposite changes to do something else.
We discovered this when we communicated with each other. Then the process changed that we would give each other a heads up if we made a change.
Then we had less problems instead of more. They wanted to work at the same time and so I honored that until it was obvious there was a problem.
