
Remember how I said Teams was my nemesis? I am pushing the solution to this because it is interfering with my work now.
AVD closed on me and most likely its because there are a ton of people who are using it. It still kinda is terrible to get kicked when you are using it.
Why am I guiding the help desk people when they are working on my problem? Because I know what it is like when I used to help people and the things that need to be checked. So I share the troubleshooting I have done, and what I believe the cause is.
If they get stuck then I suggest other ideas or try to help them. If they solve it, I tell them they are a genius. You need to encourage people who help you.
