Companies who only respond to Twitter embarassment

I have a problem with a company it appears they only respond to their customers when they are mentioned on Twitter. So I created a Twitter account and raked this company over the coals.

So far I am sharing all of the negatives that I have experienced with the company and the negative reputation that it has online. In time, they will see what a mistake it was to anger their customers into talking smack about them.

Companies that are anti-consumer are so silly. We have choices and we will use those choices to avoid the company.
