It is interesting how often recruiters want to play games with candidates.
I had a recruiter ask me to put in to my contacts on my phone a member of his team. He said he would call me and he wanted me to recognize the number so that I would pick it up. I didn’t tell him that I pick up all of my calls because it wouldn’t have mattered to him.
So i did that. I put in his number and he never called me. Why again did I take the effort and time to do this? Recruiters try to make things easy for themselves, but when it causes the candidate to do something that is pointless and meaningless then why should we give you a second chance?
