
Sounds great right? Here is how you do it.
- Step one, do something that few people do. This doesn’t mean it is unpopular, it just means generally that it is hard to do.
- In the interview be able to understand and respond to the problems they are currently facing.
- Tell them you have helped every customer you have ever worked for and you will help them if they give you a chance.
- Tell them a story how you went above and beyond those of your peers in your field.
- Research before the meeting the kind of problems they are most likely facing and be able to speak to them.
I did these things and in one half hour interview I got hired. This isn’t to brag, but rather when you show that you can hit the ground running they will want you bad.
So bad that they will offer you a higher salary than you ever had and speak well of you to your manager. People want solutions, not empty talk.
