‘It’s a stainless steel collar: A few lions have lost teeth trying to go for my jugular…’

A few years ago because of an injury there was a 8mm gap in my gums. The dentist said that it wasn’t going to change but that I just had to accept it and be careful with it.

I didn’t believe that. I had spoken before about how NMT fixed many issues in my body that other doctors said wouldn’t change. So I asked my NMT doctor to work on this perhaps six times over the course of a year.

In that time I saw my dentist and with the next visit the gums stopped bleeding and the size wasn’t growing. The next visit the doctor said it was reduced 3mm to 5mm gap. Then for the next few visits my doctor didn’t mention it and the dental tech didn’t either.

Today I saw the dentist and he said that he was surprised but that it the gap was no longer there. I was just thrilled to hear that.

Here are all the things that I did besides NMT to help heal this. I bought a water pick and used it with every brushing. I used Sensodyne mouthwash and toothpaste, and I flossed and avoided candy and things with lots of sugar. If I did eat a baked good, it was once every month and immediately brushed. I drank water almost exclusively.

I hope this helps someone as James would say.
