
No this isn’t a humble brag, I just find myself unexpectedly wanting vegetables lately.
This morning instead of the normal yogurt I ate some baby carrots. Sometimes I feel drawn to eating certain foods so I don’t fight it.
When I asked the nutritionist about the cravings in the past she said that it was normal and that it was healthy.
Now growing up I ate plenty of sweets and processed food. However those things are less appealing to me now. I don’t know if I am bored of them or don’t like how they make me feel.
When I eat real food I feel full and when I eat processed food I never feel full. Maybe I am becoming a lazy eater. Instead of snacking all the time, I just want to eat 3 meals a day and keep snacks to a minimum. I don’t want to constantly brush my teeth.
Lazy or wise? I don’t know, maybe we do things as a combination of both.
