I’m not a Dell fan so why did I buy this laptop?
Simple, it was the cheapest laptop that would be a backup for me if my main computer died.
I used it yesterday and it worked very well. I didn’t see any problems in anything that I wanted to do. It logged into a company portal that used Onelogin. That was nice to see again.
Is there a downside? I wish it had an HDMI port but honestly its ok that it doesn’t have one. I have plenty of computers that do so its not an issue.
What is the upside? I haven’t personally used a Dell for a very long time so we will see if it is better than it used to be. I found HP laptops to be more reliable than Dell, but sometimes things change.
I didn’t want to choose other OEMs that I had negative experiences with. Dell isn’t great, but for the price it was the best of the bunch.
