I switched auto insurance because the last company didn’t care about privacy and send another clients info to my email.
The new insurer is worse. When I signed up it was complicated with lots of forms. Two days after the policy starts I get a letter saying they need more information I had already provided.
This begins a process which is frankly ridiculous. They said in order to fix the problem I needed to be sent to another department for confirmation. However I couldn’t do that until I sent the form in. I can’t send the form in, until I get the other departments confirm however. Do you see a problem with this?
I told them this and emailed the form to them 3 different times with 3 different calls. I spoke to 5 people and wasted 5 hours signing up with them. It was ridiculous.
If you are business and you make a precondition to get help, doing something, make sure that you think this through. If you make your clients shift between departments they will leave you. If anything else happens with this company I am leaving for a different company. They have used up all of my good will.
