However I don’t have the money but could afford the open box $570 shipped pair I have. Never used and plastic intact and I love them.
Why am I sharing this? One I will probably never buy these. Two because the original cheap pair I have such an outstanding value at that price.
No I am not trying to sell them, just communicate what a difference in my life they have made. For example, I shared before that I live next to an Interstate. With these on I can’t hear a thing outside, and even with no music they reduce the ambient sound. So that means that I have been wearing them almost all day and only taking them off when I go to bed.
Why is this important? For people who are HSP or sensitive to sound, this represents a leap in comfort and peace. Before the Sonos sounded good, but I heard sound leaking because the eyeglasses made the cup not fit properly. The Seinhesier fit better than the Sonos but they were so tight that the inner ear pressure was uncomfortable. I wore these all day for several days and it was more comfortable than any other headphone I have used in my life.
Now you may be asking yourself, why shouldn’t I invest into the newer technology if you loved the originals? If you have the money go for it. You will love it. The reviewers did. However if you are cheap like me, you might find these offer an incredible value. I have loved all of the headphones that I have had in my life. They were better/worse in different ways, and as I spent more money they gave me even greater happiness and comfort in quietness.
Now I feel so incredibly lucky to have them. They aren’t the quietest headphones I have used, but those were uncomfortable and also made my inner ears hurt. They are the best balanced pair of sound, comfort, price and features that I have found to block noise. I’m probably good for another year until there is a major breakthrough.
