
- Use NMT to address any chronic or other issues that didn’t respond to standard medical treatment. I am not getting paid but this is the doctor who did such an amazing job with me.
- Have regular medical check ups and go to the doctor whenever something seemed to be a problem. Yes its work, but knowing you are healthy is a great relief.
- Get regular sleep. I sleep at least 8 hours a night. I can’t think clearly if I don’t get enough sleep and that is critical in IT.
- Slowly adjust my diet to only things that make me feel good after eating it. Even though I was raised on lots of prepared foods and unhealthy things, I learned to eat more vegetables and became almost vegan. I still eat eggs/honey but don’t eat meat otherwise. It makes me feel sick to eat meat of any kind.
- Let go of anything emotionally or mentally that is hurting me. I have to forgive those who are cruel, and accept that sometimes you will be hurt by others who are ignorant and insensitive. Such is life.
