Tough economy for many people

I Miss My Friend

Tomorrow I am going to a friends court case. He didn’t get paid for work he did more than a year ago. I feel bad for him because I know how he struggled not having the money to pay rent/food or anything he needed.

The hardest part of this recession is not the sacrifices we make ourselves. We know that sacrifice is sometimes required. It is hard to watch someone you offer feel bad because they can’t pay their bills. Fortunately things are getting better. Recent articles said that the number of jobs increased in May, and that the unemployment is the lowest of the last two years.

Here is hoping that my friend, and everyone’s friend gets a job soon. Not because they feel forced to, but because their talents and skills match the opportunity.
