How to create an Ubuntu live USB for both Mac and PC | Linux on your Apple Mac | iLinux. Running Linux on Mac hardware was disappointing for me in the past. Perhaps it has gotten better. The problem was that the hardware support wasn’t there, so making an internet connection was problematic.

The old mac was not able to provide clear audio for the want of a proper jack. How disappointing that Mr. Jobs control means that musicians are not able to do their jobs.
