Seagate Momentus XT: Apple Support Communities. So the bottom line here seem to be that more people had problems than success with this. I would avoid this drive, even though generally I have had good experiences with Seagate. It seems to have issues with vibration which isn’t helpful since it is supposed to be a laptop drive.

SSD’s in MacBook Air may be slower than the stock drive

Yes this is contrary to most of the results written at other blogs, but instead of considering the artificial benchmarks that are usually used, do real world testing. Like most things in life you get what you pay for. Still I have wondered if getting a cheap SSD would be a worthwhile replacement if my HD ever fails. I hope they have some with adapters for an older ATA MacBook.
