Mr. Steinberg makes the argument that it is here. It makes sense and you see this logic with video games.  I know that my parents bought a NES because it had more games then the other options available at the time.  They also purchased a Magnavox Odyssey2 which is fantastic!  The software made the fun, not the hardware.

I’ve always been a big Windows Media Player (WMP) fan. I never bothered with any of the alternatives as WMP has always had most/all the features I’ve needed, and I despise iTunes (for way too many reasons to go into here!).

What presentation software to use? Keynote vs. Powerpoint

I’ve used both and my money is on Keynote.  It really makes things look good even if you aren’t a designer.  I like how he specifically mentioned the 5 strong points of Keynote.  Another one I would add is the great online community of Keynote templates.  Some of them are just stunning compared to template’s for Powerpoint.  Read more here.
