I finally found something the US is #1 at!

junk-980.jpg (JPEG Image, 980×1386 pixels). Apparently we have the most orbiting functional satellites. I wonder if that has anything to do with watching TV? What is also surprising is the number of countries who launched satellites but they are no longer working.
