My Personal Experience with a Craigslist Scam Attempt (via What’s On My PC)

Interesting tactics. I have had a similar email and experience. Its silly how stupid scammers think people are.

Need an honest Chicago car dealer?

REDA AUTO PORT INC – www.redaautoport.com.  My gf bought a car here for about 3k and it was a wonderful value.  This is the first dealer that I have felt wasn’t trying to rip me off.  She had some small quirks like a seatbelt buckle that got stuck in the seats, and took it back and they fixed it for her.  I test drove some cars today and they are a great deal.

The car she bought here she drove 15 hours packed with stuff and it worked great.  No problems whatsoever.  The mechanic she brought it too was impressed and said it didn’t even need any work done.  Oh, and Ken gave us $45 for gas since the tank was on empty.  What a deal!

Most of their inventory is under $12k, so if you are low on funds you are going to have lots of great choices here.  I visited many other used car dealers in helping my GF and what they offer at $3000 is worthless.

These days it’s so easy to follow the crowd regarding how companies sell because the same pitches can be hear … Read More
