Consumer Reports recommends new iPad after heat tests – StumbleUpon. I don’t always agree with CR analysis, but they did give the iPad its highest ratings for tablets. I love the screen too and got to see it first hand as well. Nicely done Apple!
My friend went to the Apple store and on the suggestion of an Apple representative, bought a Speck case for $35. Less than 3 months later, the case started to fall apart even though it wasn’t abused.
I looked at the case at the corner was separating and starting to fray in other pieces. I know that my friend didn’t abuse the case because I saw her use it in those 3 months. She would place it inside her purse and never dropped it. She didn’t live in a cold climate and I can’t think of any reason it would fail other than just being a bad product. Has this happened to you?
Spots (tiny white ones) on iPhone 4…: Apple Support Communities. Seems to be a hardware issue. She took it to the Apple Store.
