Apple’s evidence may be flawed in European Samsung case – Computerworld. This is surprising. Why would Apple squander the good-will in such an obvious and short-term attempt to gain? Why do otherwise smart people do self-destructive things?

The value of innovation. However Mr. Ford is being a little disingenuous here. He makes it seem like he invented the vehicle, which clearly had its origins in Germany.
