Apple – Support – Discussions – iPhone 4 iTunes Unknown Sync Error 13019 …. Two ways to fix this.
(1) opened iTunes
(2) clicked Music
(3) searched for Voice Memos
(4) right-clicked on one Voice Memo and chose Show in Finder
(5) right-clicked my Voice Memos folder (in Finder) and chose “compress” to make backup
(6) back in iTunes, I re-ordered my Voice Memos by length… with the idea that the same length ones might be duplicats… then played same-length ones back-to-back to make sure they were duplicates and deleted the 2nd (or sometimes more) duplicated file
Of course then (after!) I found the following command in iTunes that can probably more reliably display dups, and you may be able to delete by playing back-to-back to confirm:
(7) chose FILE/DISPLAY DUPLICATES (Thanks krisvannest)
UncleToft figured it out himself. Good detective work.
I think it may have been due to a faulty backup. I went to Preferences/Devices and then deleted the backup I had there. After reconnecting the iPad, iTunes now started syncing properly. Happy days!

15 Must Have Free Software Programs For Windows 7. Some really nice programs listed here for both personal and business reasons.
This is a good list of windows system optimization tools that are free. If you have to support macs for a non-profit or for people with limited means this will do many of the things commercial software might do more conveniently.

So if you need an free image converter this sounds like a good option. I wrote a few days about about BIMP Lite. Search for that and you might find which is better for you.

Nice step by step. Thanks boycemac.
By checking through Apple
Discussion Forum, I fixed the problem by below procedure:1. Delete any “.X” file in your home directory, such as “.Xauthority”, in my
case
- It will be automatically recreated2. Delete “org.x.X11.plist” in ~/Library/Preferences
- It will be automatically recreated3. Moving the .wireshark and .wireshark-etc to other name
When I open wireshark again, it would like a program having just newly
installed and start over again. Then I can copy and paste the content between Wireshark packet-capture and
editor in MacOS.
