Interesting article here titled Dolly Drive 1.2 expands to 2 TB. To give more perspective to those readers I added this comment:

This isn’t a comparison of that service, but it does have some good information. At these prices I don’t see that it will be popular. After all you can buy that kind of storage for a little more money, and it is too expensive for business as well. Perhaps it will do well if it has strong encryption or better security features than DropBox that recently had some security issues.

Disney to Pay $3 Million Settlement for Violating Children\’s Online Privacy. I think this would really bother Walt Disney. Perhaps in a few decades virtual reality will be so good that theme parks will no longer be popular. Still it seems like a very small settlement for the nearly 1 million kids who were affected.

Charming. People can be very silly can’t they? Since when has visiting a public internet site been illegal?

I PRAY I get a live voice phone call like this... “A caller reported she received an automated phone call telling her that her computer and IP address had been noted as having visited the Wikileaks site, and that there were grave consequences for this, including a $250,000 or $25,000 fine, perhaps imprisonment. GoErie.com: Local News – Attorney General goes to court to shut down Erie debt collector.  They set up a fake court and tried to get money from debtors.  Wow the gall of this.
