HyperDock puts some Win7 in your OS X Dock. I could see this being useful for people who multitask and have more than 5 Mac Applications going at a time.
Customize the Dock: Add a Recent Applications Stack to the Dock. This is a neat trick. Having the most common applications is a big time saver.

I finally got a screen capture of it when it opened up in the Dock before it disappeared. The icon has a black Logitech mouse in the lower right corner, a light green “Download” icon (arrow pointing downward to computer) in the upper left corner, and a gray-white background. “
