This is an example of great customer service. Southwest captain buys pizza for everyone. I was on a southwest flight last week that a family member paid for. Great service!

This is another example of Apples great customer service. Guy has a problem downloading a movie and when he contacts Apple to fix it, they credit him the purchase. Its true he didn’t get to watch his movie, but it wasn’t Apples fault he wasn’t able to watch it. Or perhaps it was, but normally businesses try to blame the consumer if there is a problem.
