Hey everyone.  I am back at the Apple store because my Macbook is making noises like the hard drive is dying and the case is cracked.  It was cracked before the last time I was here a few days ago.  It wasn’t abused or dropped either.  So I am seeing if its covered under warranty.  It is pretty busy.  There are way more women than men in the store.  Most of the customers seem in the 20′s range.  It looks like they are finding things for family and friends.  Hope for the best for me! Well it turned out very well.  They replaced the broken DVD drive, fixed the cracked case, but couldn’t fix the hard drive since it was 3rd party.  I bought this laptop from someone this year so they upgraded it.  Apple said that they had to have the original components with things like hard drives or they couldn’t do anything about it.  Oh well. Another low capacity hard drive isn’t much money.  Maybe this one will last and the clicking wasn’t the sign of its end of life.
