E-books spur reading among Americans, survey shows – CNN.com. This is interesting. I wouldn’t have expected more reading. Maybe the format of books was holding people back? I think the problem with people like me is that if you have glasses you tend to be sensitive to the resolution on devices. Perhaps it would be a good idea to get a new iPad.
A mobile stand for the iPad – Popwuping. It looks beautiful but is probably unnecessary for most people. Most people get tired of things far sooner than they wear out. I am in that group too.
Restoring a Photograph from the 1870sTop Dog Imaging. Very nice explanation of the project and how to accomplish it. Having the right equipment makes an incredible difference. I think having the right equipment also shows that people know what is lost by having the wrong equipment that “will work”.
