The cost of providing water to a person in a third world country is less than $2 US dollars a day. Can you imagine how you would feel having to deny people the water they need? Apparently world-wide 30,000 people a day or about 10 million a year worldwide die to lack of access to water. California has 27 years of water left. Surprising how short-term our vision is.

Jack LaLanne Made Longevity a Simple Science Singularity Hub – StumbleUpon. Interesting how his ideas are found to have scientific basis now. He was a great example to all of us.
This is a fascinating story that bring some science to the discussion. I wish that we had more research and hard data to help guide public policy. He has some interesting information on the website.
