Radio Shack Replaces Its Crappy Mouse Again And Again

I feel better about myself if I avoid Radio Shack.  I bought some headphones from them years ago and got an extended warranty.  When they broke, they wouldn’t replace them under the warranty even though I had bought it at the same store.  They said I needed the original warranty receipt.  That is the last day and time that I shopped at RS.  Click here if you want to see good customer service with poor products.
