Apple Ignored Warning on Address-Book Access. This is interesting. It seems hard to believe that Apple wouldn’t have realized this earlier. Perhaps they are innocent here. I don’t know.

iPhone App Contains Secret Tethering Capability – Mobility – Smartphones – Informationweek – StumbleUpon. So hidden features would probably go against Apples developers terms of service. I wouldn’t be surprised to see him banned for this.
