Amazon.com: Make Your Point!: Speak Clearly And Concisely Anyplace, Anytime (9780981960807): Kevin Carroll, Bob Elliott: Books. I didn’t like this book. This was part of the bundle suggested by Amazon. I won’t ever do the bundles again. What a waste of time this book was.
This is a fairly balanced view of the different services. I don’t trust Amazon after they disabled and deleted content off the device. Just one time of being disrespected is enough.
It was brought up in this article at TUAW and I responded with my ideas below.
I don’t believe TuneRanger would be a good purchase based on the reviews at several websites like Amazon and Cnet.

If you want to do this your best case is to make a case at Apple for it. If you have Applecare then you can legitimately ask how you can accomplish this. If I were to do this I wouldn’t expect to be able to save all the data. I would expect at the very least that 3rd party software would miss things like smart playlists, and metadata.
Try SyncoTunes. It has pretty good reviews.

How to Self-Publish Your E-Book to Kindle. Very cool with step by step instructions. Including the price of an ISBN number and software, it might cost you $150 to publish your book to Kindle and Apple iBookstore. What an incredible opportunity.
Amazon.com: Dispatches from Blogistan: A travel guide for the modern blogger 9780321395559: Suzanne Stefanac: Books. I agree with the commentaries. This book is about the social and cultural facts of being a blogger. Those things don’t go out of style. In addition she has a ton of useful references/URL’s for more information. This book was a pleasure to read. Even though it was 192 pages it was a great balance of information that the beginning blogger should know. Many beginners books seem out of context and bare, but this gave you a good overview and idea of what blogging will mean for those interested in it. This is a must read for the blossoming blogger.
