Dual Boot Sabertooth X58 Hackintosh Guide – i7-950 + GTX-460 [UPDATE x5] | JeffSprotberry.com. I am always surprised at the dedication the Hackintosh community has. I can respect their limited financial situation, but I don’t think I will ever do that. If Apple comes out with a way to run it on Windows hardware, I don’t think I still would do it. I haven’t seen much windows hardware that I wanted to use long-term.

Syncany – Open-source file synchronization and filesharing application

Syncany – Open-source file synchronization and filesharing application. This is interesting. If you like Dropbox and JungleDisk and have a Linux or Windows system you might like this software. They say they have a Mac version, but said that is the last priority. Still seems like a comparison between all these services is in order.

Which is the best app for tracking a stolen laptop? | Effortless computing. Interesting summary of some of the features of each software. You sometimes read stories of MacBook and other high-end laptop owners who have recovered them with those software. Seems like a reasonable thing to do especially if you travel often.
