Some MobileMe. Seems like Apple enforced higher security without letting anyone know. You may need to reset your password if you have a simple password.

Apple – Support – Discussions – Problem during delivery processing …. So if you have Mobileme then this problem should be resolved for you like it was for others. Looks like a configuration issue.
