Why won’t 10.7 recognize my Apple…: Apple Support Communities. Interesting solution. I have never used these or seen anyone who used them. Most accounts seem to prefer a PC to run QuickBooks. Thanks bugaboot.

OK. So no response from anyone with any good ideas, so I just started trying stuff.

In my utilities folder was a copy of “Aluminum Keyboard Firmware Update”. I ran this utility and now my keyboard works.
