Medical Justice caught impersonating happy patients on Yelp, RateMDs. If they don’t look at the username/IP correlation they are negligent in their duties. Clearly they have a duty to protect from astroturfing like it appears Medical Justice has done. I have shared the earlier story of Medical Justice. Perhaps they should rename to Legal Shysters?
