I like what he said in the article about studies that show we fear the unknown outcome more than a known outcome. I have often wondered if that is why people are sometimes afraid to change. Apparently the Mayo clinic suggests this as well to reduce memory loss, and some doctors thinks this can also prevent the onset of Alzheimer’s.
