Amazon.com: Social Media 101: Tactics and Tips to Develop Your Business Online 9780470563410: Chris Brogan: Books.  This book was disappointing.  I really liked his last book “Trust Agents” and reviewed it here.  This was a disorganized mess.  It lacked a book narrative and was difficult to read.  In fact I could only read half of it before I started to skim.  Too much repetition.  Just skip this and read his blog.  Its faster.
