Amazon.com: Under the Table: Saucy Tales from Culinary School 9781416565277: Katherine Darling: Books.  If you enjoyed Kitchen Confidential by Mr. Bourdain you won’t enjoy this book.  Its average and some bad writing and hard to believe stories.  Probably better to just skip this.  I wish I had.
