Book Review: Working with Emotional Intelligence

Amazon.com: Working with Emotional Intelligence 9780553378580: Daniel Goleman: Books.  I liked this.  It is kind of difficult read because of the format.  Still it is very helpful for anyone who has to deal in teamwork situations.  It’s not a self-help book, but gives you a framework that might inspire you to use its ideas.
