NVM guys I found The Solution, Well At Least this worked for me, ok lets go through the steps i made.
BEFORE DOING ANY OF THE STEPS BELOW, YOU MUST HAVE ITUNES CLOSED!, AND UNPLUG YOUR IPAD!!!!
IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOUR IPAD IS FULLY CHARGED TO DO THESE STEPS AND BE ABLE TO WORK, IF YOU ARE ALREADY STUCK IN THIS AND HAVE A BLACK SCREEN AND YOU HAVE THE ERROR 1024, LEAVE YOUR IPAD PLUGGED IN TO YOUR COMPUTER, OR POWER SOURCE ABOUT 2 HOURS TO MAKE SURE ITS FULLY CHARGED, THEN DO THE STEPS BELOW. (EVEN THOUGH THE SCREEN IS BLACK THE IPAD IS STILL CHARGING)
First go to a new finder window.
Second click on your username tab.
Third go to the folder called “library” inside your username selection.
Fourth look for the folder called “itunes”, Go into that folder.
Fifth Go into the Folder Called “iPad Software Updates”.
Sixth Delete The ispw 3.2.2.After doing those steps empty out your trashcan.
Now Open up itunes and plug in your ipad, re-download the update, and let it do its thing.
That Should Resolve your Problem
