I hope this helps you and anyone from Apple who is reading the posts. The same thing was happening to me. I realized after it had been working fine yesterday and earlier today, the problem occurred AFTER I had set my Preferences in Safari to autofill names and passwords. I just turned that feature off, clear all autofills from previous sessions, and when I went back to the school wireless and typed in my login and password all worked fine this is on a Cisco Clean Access system. My autofill is still on for my contact info, but NOT for names and passwords.
