Panera Planning To Add More Pay-What-You-Want Restaurants – The Consumerist.  Now this is Marketing!  Imagine the word of mouthadvertising they are getting.  More importantly, I bet that the customer satisfaction is in the stratosphere.  If they had the courage to do this, perhaps other restaurants would follow?

This reminds me of one restaurant where they don’t charge enough money for what they serve.  If you are in Chicago and want the best meal of your life, you should try Penang Malaysian Cuisine in Arlington Heights.  I think they undercharge and serve 5 star meals at 2 star prices.  Fantastic!
