Apple – Support – Discussions – Services doesnt work since the upgrade ….  Baltwo suggested “Download and install the 10.6.4 COMBO update, repair permissions, and restart. That should fix the issue. ”  The person had used the COMBO update and found it didn’t solve the issue.  This solution did work (creating a new account). “In the new account it did work. I did a new restart and now it worked in the old account too. For some reason I had to do several restart. Anyway it behaves as it should now,
