You need to uninstall all of the CTLoader/Conduit files.

Just follow the paths.

/Library/Application Support/Conduit

/Library/InputManagers/CTLoader

/Library/Receipts/ctloader.pkg

/Library/Receipts/<Toolbar name>.pkg

/Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins/CT2285220.bundle

MacHD/Users/YourName/Library/Application Support/Conduit
Move these files Conduit / CTLoader / Toolbar name / SiMBL/Plugins/CTxxxxxx.bundle / Conduit

to the Trash.

Now relaunch Safari and see if you can open a new tab.”
