Can’t browse for Shared computers on network in 10.5, but 10.2 is ok.

Turns out that his IPv6 was on.  Turning it off fixed the problem.  I always turn off IPv6 unless the company has a need for it.  It can cause some weird networking issues.  This is a best practice that I strongly recommend for all Macs especially laptops!
