This is an obscure error.  Moonbeam1981 seemed to fix it themselves.  Turns out “Thanks for your help, but I’d just tried somthing else and it seems to have worked. After looking at all the forums, uninstalling and reinstalling itunes, updating USB drivers etc I came across this thread:

I re-named C:\Windows\libxml2.dll

to libxml2.dl

sqlite3.dll wasn’t in my C:\Windows\ folder so I didn’t change this. Obviously this may cause problems elsewhere but things appear to be working normally so far.

It is worth a try if you’re getting desperate.
