With some help Zros was able to fix this. He “Thank you very much! I unplugged it, plugged it into another usb port, reset it and it synced to itunes! Thanks for your help!”
Malcom had the solution for this one. Second time today Malcom had the fix. ”Try disabling disk sleep in the “Energy Saver” system preference.”
